Video Sampler #8 – Tilt Shift

Tilt shift is all about making a video look like a miniature world by blurring aspects of the video while speeding up the action.  It doesn’t work with all video and I’m not quite sure I captured the affect well enough, although I believe it demonstrates the point.   Video can be manipulated in Premiere Pro fairly easily to simulate miniature aspects.  This video features Mike and Cooper taking their daily walk.
